Method

1.

Combinbe Rum, Lime Juice, Sugar, Lime Wedges and Mint

2.

In a tall glass, add ice and some Soda Water

3.

Stir to combine

4.

Fill with remaining Ice and Soda Water

5.

Garnish with Crushed Ice, Lime Wedge and Mint Spring
