40ml Forty Spotted Classic Gin

3 slices ginger

15ml honey lavender syrup

Midnight Mixers Ginger Beer

Dehydrated lemon wheel

Edible Flower

Ice

You'll need

Tall glass

Bar spoon

Method
1.
Fill a tall glass with ice
2.
Add Gin, ginger and syrup
3.
Stir three times
4.
Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with lemon wheel and flower
